I am of two minds about this one.  Open Access is normally a beacon for good value (anything is good value as it is free), but does it mean quality?  There are many non-English journals in this collection, and of course only subject specialists can make deduce the quality of a journal article or the facts and sources that each author uses, but on the front it looks like a good alternative to those expensive tome’s that charge thousands per issue!
